TotalEnergies' commitment to helping young people is rooted in the firm belief that sustainable development isn't viable without effective solutions to promote their professional and social inclusion. They are both the future of the territories and the key to their vitality.
TotalEnergies Foundation supports more than 50 partners who contribute to youth inclusion and education. Every year, it launches an initiative to enable new associations to present their projects. In 2022, nine associations were selected to join this community.
In 2023, as part of its call for partners, TotalEnergies Foundation will give priority support to the deployment of initiatives that aim to help young people in socially vulnerable situations, irrespective of their social sector, to enter the job market.
